If You Could Do Two Things To Keep Your Nation "Honest Truthful and Virtuous" what would you chose to do?

If you could do two things to keep your nation "honest, truthful and virtuous", what would you chose to do?

"_THE LIFE OF THE NATION IS SECURE, ONLY WHILE THE NATION IS HONEST TRUTHFUL AND VIRTUOUS"
FREDRICK DOUGLASS (ORATOR, ABOLITIONIST, SLAVE) 1840

I would like to begin answering this response by saying i agree with Mr. Douglass because a corrupt, disloyal and immoral country is a people heading for a ghastly destruction. The most beautiful and organized systems can be brought down if values of any kind are lacking.
In my attempt to keep my nation honest, truthful and virtuous i would begin with a self-examination. I will try to find any fault in me. If i must make an entire nation virtuous i would begin with making myself virtuous. Make sure that all my bad, immature habits are gone and i will do my very best to keep my lifestyle that way. Eve in the Bible it says before we find a fault in our neighbor let us clear our own faults, (which we need help with).
Next on my agenda will be to see how to make everybody "cool". As a child , i think part of the problem in our society is that there is too much space between society classes. The intimidation, pressure and in the process corruption is based on what she has and i don't or what he does that i can't do. I am not saying everyone has to be the same in class but what i am saying is that those in the upper class should stop despitefully using and intimidating those in the lower class.
In conclusion, i think the only two things today's society needs the most are faithfulness and love. So i want to end this response by reminding yo that only a strong people can make a strong nation.
